Rameshwar Sahebrao Chemate, the visionary founder of Vishvambhara Pratishthan, is a passionate advocate for environmental sustainability, community development, and youth empowerment. Alongside his professional career at Eaton, he has dedicated his life to creating meaningful change at the grassroots level.
Over the past few years, Rameshwar has personally planted more than 2,600 trees, driving large-scale awareness campaigns on environmental conservation across 40 villages. His initiatives have not only restored green cover but also inspired thousands to actively participate in protecting nature.
A Pillar of Women Empowerment
Mrs. Ujwala Rameshwar Chemte, a graduate in Agricultural Science, has been a dedicated advocate for women empowerment and sustainable development for the past four years. As the Treasurer of Vishwambhara Pratishthan, she plays a key role in managing and supporting initiatives that uplift rural women and promote environmental awareness. Her work involves forming self-help groups and community networks, where she actively engages with women to educate them about financial independence, skill development, and sustainable living practices. Through workshops, discussions, and awareness programs, she empowers women to become self-reliant and contribute to the socio-economic growth of their communities.

Through social participation, we encourage communities to take part in plantation and conservation drives. To ensure survival, we provide essential resources such as shade, water, fertilizer, and protective nets for saplings.
